Charlie is totally part of a little Rocking Scooter gang now! I wanted a little more practice with the jigsaw (and ultimately learned that I still need a lot more) so I built a lime green one for Baby Bestie Hunter and an orange one for Suzy as a photography prop.
Seriously. They are so. stinkin. CUTE! I need to build a few more to really get the hang of things. For these two I got the bright idea of painting them before assembly and it was a nightmare. I also wanted to try out wood plugs instead of putty to experiment with the idea of shipping them flat for assembly on site and again, nightmare. Luckily they photograph really well, because there’s no way I would sell these at the current skill level. I plan to build a few more for gifts to friends to build up more experience with these. Which means I have a lot of time to play around with paint and using the Silhouette to make the decals! So, if I know you and you’re local, you’re probably going to get a scooter at some point this summer 
Because I really want to be able to sell these suckers.
