Charlie’s Cowgirl Birthday Party | Killer b. Designs

Charlie’s Cowgirl Birthday Party

I promise this is the very last birthday post I’m going to do! Since we live about 4 hours away from my family right now, my mom wanted to throw Charlie a party at their house for my side of family and friends. She really went all out to make it super cute.

The details were really cute! She used her Cricut to make all the decorations and her invitation. We picked up some local bbq for the food, and Charlie was a big fan. I especially love her little growly face for the rolls 😉

And for those of you who remember the Provence table and buffet I built my mom, here’s how they fit on the patio. They were perfect for this party!

And the cake smash? Still not a success. Turns out Charlie doesn’t really like to get her hands dirty. She just picked at the frosting until I smooshed her hand in it. Then she got mad at me and started crying. So I ate it for her 😉

Huge shout out to my mom for putting together this fun party! It’s the only time we’ll have two for her, since we’re moving up to my parents’ land and will just celebrate at our house. Luckily it falls just before school, so her aunts and LJ family can come visit and party with us too!

Oh my gosh. Two things. 1) Your mom is awesome and that looks like such a fun party. That was so nice of her! And 2) That first photo of Charlie might be the cutest thing in the entire world!

    Happy birthday, Charlie!

Thank you Maddie! I will pass it along to my mom, that will make her day. And Charlie is definitely the cutest little cowgirl I know! We seriously could not stop gushing at how adorable she looked. And to try and balance out the appearance comments we had to let her know how well she walked in her boots!

Aww..Such a sweet party for a sweetie pie! Cherish the memories, for they grow up too soon. Great party Mom threw!

    1. Thank you Vickie! I can’t believe it’s been a year already. I thought I would never survive it, and then it started breezing by. It’s so fun to watch them grow!

So cute! My friend and I died over those little pink boots in the store the other day– Charlie wears them so well! Happy Birthday, Charlie! :)

    1. Thank you! The funny thing is we had to cut a slit down the back of them to fit her feet in. Baby feet aren’t great at sliding into boots! But once she has them on she loves them. Tromps around like she owns the place 😉

Everything looks great! See she got a little knot on the head for her birthday!

    1. She sure did :( Tried sliding off the couch and smashed her forehead straight into the coffee table! We both cried for that one, it was a big scary bump

Where did you get the outfit? I am also doing this theme for my little girl’s party in May and can’t find boots or a cute top anywhere!

    1. The shirt is from Baskins, along with the boots. I think some of those places have online ordering if you’re outside of Texas. Check out Cavenders, Baskins, and Shepler’s for western wear

I was interested in where you found a shirt like that for her. I’ve been looking for one for my little girl and I’m not having very much luck. Thanks :)

I’m not sure where you’re located, but I’ve had good luck at Baskins and Cavenders Boot City. They have a lot of really cute Western style onesies and shirts for kids.
