Charlie’s Cowgirl Birthday Party

I promise this is the very last birthday post I’m going to do! Since we live about 4 hours away from my family right now, my mom wanted to throw Charlie a party at their house for my side of family and friends. She really went all out to make it super cute.

The details were really cute! She used her Cricut to make all the decorations and her invitation. We picked up some local bbq for the food, and Charlie was a big fan.

  1. Oh my gosh. Two things. 1) Your mom is awesome and that looks like such a fun party. That was so nice of her! And 2) That first photo of Charlie might be the cutest thing in the entire world!

    Happy birthday, Charlie!

    1. Thank you Maddie! I will pass it along to my mom, that will make her day. And Charlie is definitely the cutest little cowgirl I know! We seriously could not stop gushing at how adorable she looked. And to try and balance out the appearance comments we had to let her know how well she walked in her boots!

  2. Aww..Such a sweet party for a sweetie pie! Cherish the memories, for they grow up too soon. Great party Mom threw!

    1. Thank you Vickie! I can’t believe it’s been a year already. I thought I would never survive it, and then it started breezing by. It’s so fun to watch them grow!

  3. So cute! My friend and I died over those little pink boots in the store the other day– Charlie wears them so well! Happy Birthday, Charlie! 🙂

    1. Thank you! The funny thing is we had to cut a slit down the back of them to fit her feet in. Baby feet aren’t great at sliding into boots! But once she has them on she loves them. Tromps around like she owns the place 😉

    1. She sure did 🙁 Tried sliding off the couch and smashed her forehead straight into the coffee table! We both cried for that one, it was a big scary bump

  4. Where did you get the outfit? I am also doing this theme for my little girl’s party in May and can’t find boots or a cute top anywhere!

    1. The shirt is from Baskins, along with the boots. I think some of those places have online ordering if you’re outside of Texas. Check out Cavenders, Baskins, and Shepler’s for western wear

  5. I was interested in where you found a shirt like that for her. I’ve been looking for one for my little girl and I’m not having very much luck. Thanks 🙂

    1. I’m not sure where you’re located, but I’ve had good luck at Baskins and Cavenders Boot City. They have a lot of really cute Western style onesies and shirts for kids.
