2011 was a great year. We bought a house, then had a baby. A baby! I mean, how crazy is that? One day, you’re sitting around just minding your own business, and then suddenly you’re a parent who is responsible for every aspect of this tiny little life. We had a lot of changes this year, and it was all for the better. I’ve already done a Top 10 of my favorite projects, so I thought that instead I would find my favorite post from each month. Here goes!
January: Quilt Rack Plans (My first solo build)
February: Dyed Klippan Sofa Covers (I was really fond of purple)
March: A Hand-Built Home: Master Bedroom (featuring our Farmhouse Bed, Rustic Bench, and Kennel End Table)
April: A Rockin’ Heirloom (Making over Grandma’s old rocker for our baby girl)
May: A Hand-Built Home: Nursery/Office/Guestroom (featuring our daybed, desk, gallery ledges, stool, & changing table)
June: Upholstered Bucket Ottoman
July: Tile Framed Mirror
August: On Birth and Stuff
September: Reclaimed Door Coffee Table
October: $10 Appliance Makeover (Or – How I Painted my Washer & Dryer and Made Them AWESOME!)

It was tough to pick just one post from each month, it’s been a really exciting year. I hope your 2011 was also awesome, and that you’re looking forward to 2012 as much as we are!
